TV channels include the Spanish favourite TVE International and Canal 24 Horas as well as local channels Real Madrid TV and Andalucia TV. This package has a better channel line up than Spanish system 1, and is proving to be a more popular choice because of the better quality channels on offer. The package gives you both the Astra and Hotbird satellites which as well as the Spanish channels gives you access to French, German, Italian, Arabic and many, many more languages
This package has no monthly fees, the above channels are free to view, you simply buy the receiving equipment and there is nothing more to pay.
The system will be delivered pre-programmed so it is ready to plug in and go upon delivery. You will even receive a free installation kit including all wall fixings, cable, cable clips, connectors and weather proofing tape. To help with self installation we also offer a discounted signal strength meter, usually £25, available with any language system for only £19
The System comprises of a set top box and satellite antenna. The antenna is mounted outside in a southerly direction and the set top box is positioned close to your television. The system is available with an optional external hard drive recording facility, similar to the Sky Plus system. This will offer you up to 250 hours recordings without the need for messy video tapes, timers etc. Recording can be stored or deleted repeatedly as approriate.
Although you can only record or view (not both simultaneously) the advantage over Sky Plus is the external hard drive is a USB device. Meaning that not only can you add additional drives if you like to keep lots of recordings but you can also transfer your recordings to other media, example your PC. Perfect for teachers who use language recordings as part of their teaching methods.
