Repairs to Amstrad, Grundig, Pace, Panasonic and Sony Digiboxes are available in our workshop.
Common faults include:
Receiver does not light up at all.
Receiver lights up but does not come out of standby.
TV screen shows "No satellite signal is being received".
TV screen shows "There is a technical fault with this channel".
TV screen shows "There is a problem with your viewing card".
Some channels are available but others are unavailable.
Intermittent loss of signal.
Picture breaks up into squares or the audio makes a popping sound.
TV displays a green, pink, blue or grey screen.
Receiver switches into standby by itself.
We can arrange collection of your faulty receiver by our fully-insured courier City Link. If you call before 11.45am it can be collected the same day but we cannot specify a time. You will be charged £10 for the collection plus the cost of the repair and £10 for re-delivery by City Link.
We can provide a free estimate of the cost of the repair but you will still have to pay the collection and delivery charges whether you decide to accept our estimate or not.
You can if you wish arrange your own collection and/or delivery or you can call in to our premises in person.
You may be covered by your house or other insurance for the cost of repair. We can deal with your insurance company on your behalf if you wish.
If your receiver is beyond economical repair we will offer you a discount on any replacement you buy from us. You may buy a brand new or refurbished receiver with warranty.
