Shipping (UK General)

Free UK delivery on all orders over £15

Many items under £15 also include free delivery with the exception of a few items which will incur a small delivery charge. If delivery is not included it will be clearly displayed before entering any payment details.

Delivery is free on over 99% of orders.

Shipping (TVs and other large items)

Delivery to the majority of GB mainland postcodes is included in the price unless otherwise stated. TVs will be delivered by a door-door driver to avoid damage; after placing your order, a mutually convenient time will be arranged.

Shipping (International)

Delivery is calculated during checkout depending on size, weight and your country location. To calculate shipping costs for your location place the items in the basket, enter your billing and delivery details and proceed to Order Confirmation. The calculated shipping rate will be displayed before entering your payment details.

Product Inspection

Every effort is made for your products to be delivered safely, please check your products within 48 hours of receipt to make sure that all the expected items and accessories are present and for the unlikely event that the products are damaged.

We cannot not accept any liability for physical damage or missing parts after this time has passed.

Returns and Refunds

Genuinely faulty goods will be repaired or replaced in accordance with your consumer rights.
Any items missing or damaged from your order must be reported upon receipt.
Items purchased in error or not as expected can be returned within 14 days from receipt for refund. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us and the item must be returned in a saleable condition.
All subscription based products will not be accepted for return after activation.
