take the 2nd exit which is effectively going straight on

at the next roundabout take the first exit, signposted Ashton Old Town and Parish Church

this is Stamford Street Central - we are half-way down on the right hand side just before Barclays bank

turning left off Stamford Street anywhere near our premises will lead you to reasonable car parks
