How to find the wired MAC address of a 2011 Panasonic Blu-ray Home Cinema System
Step 1. Home screen
Using the Right and Down Arrow buttons select "Others" then Press the "OK" button
Step 2. Others screen
The centre option "Setup" will be highlighted as shown. Press the "OK" button to proceed
Step 3. Setup screen
Using the Down Arrow button select "Network" then press "OK"
Step 4. Network menu
Select "Network Settings" then press "OK"
Step 5. Network settings
Check that the "LAN Connection Mode" is set to "Wired". If it is set to 'Wireless", please press "OK" & then select "Wired" & press "OK" to confirm.
Your wired MAC address will be displayed on screen. We require this MAC address to supply you a firmware upgrade.
